Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with SEN to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that cater to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to a year 11 male pupil with Down syndrome
  • Assisting the student in developing essential life skills, such as organization and time management
  • Building a positive relationship with the student, based on mutual respect and trust
