Job Description

CRA GROUP LIMITED requires a Senior Kitchen Assistant to manage the culinary operations at an Extra Care Scheme in Northwest London.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare nutritious meals for residents, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  2. Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
  3. Order produce to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient stock for meals.
  4. Monitor expenses and ensure efficient budget management.
  5. Collaborate with the team to discuss menus and plan meals on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified in Catering & Hospitality or equivalent experience.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers Long Term Sickness Cover and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
