SENCO and Nursery Manager

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive childcare and play opportunities for young children?
We are seeking a dedicated SENCO and Nursery Manager to join our team at The Young Ealing Foundation.
In this role, you will lead a team to create a happy, committed staff team and develop a welcoming, stimulating environment that supports children's development and well-being.
You will work closely with the Early Years Lead Practitioner to develop positive relationships with parents/carers and contribute to the management of day-to-day operations.
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key requirements include:
- Qualifications Level 3 and above.
- At least 3 years' experience working in an early years environment.
