Application Requirements:
• A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience working in Early Years settings within the UK.
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored, high-quality Early Years support in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a nurturing and safe space where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and execute creative activities that promote curiosity and development.
• Quickly adapt to new environments while maintaining professionalism and positivity.
• Support classroom management and ensure effective safeguarding practices are upheld.
