Accommodation Support Specialist

This is a temporary cover role, required for approximately 1-2 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Caseworker to join our team at Corus Consultancy. As an Accommodation Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing strengths-based and outcome-focused support, safety and move-on plans with clients, engaging clients in assessment and planning of their support needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience or understanding of working with individuals with mental and physical health needs, current drug and/or alcohol use, safeguarding and risk management/safety planning, social inclusion, financial inclusion, and tenancy-related support.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing client risk and developing risk management strategies, identifying and assessing physical and mental health needs, supporting clients to access health and care services, and helping clients improve their health and wellbeing.
You will also take part in organizing, facilitating and delivering activities, drop-in sessions or groups in response to identified client needs or as part of a project-wide programme of group work.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
