Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work closely with students who require additional support.
About the Role:In this position, you will be responsible for providing in-class support to students, working one-on-one or in small groups to help them reach their full potential. You will also assist in organizing teaching resources and materials to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Requirements:- A Level English, Maths or Science at C or above.
- 12 months experience of working as an SEN teaching assistant or Academic Mentor working with Disability, Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, MLD (essential).
- A keen interest in education and a commitment to supporting students with varying abilities.
- A graduate degree (desirable).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A creative and determined attitude, with a passion for education, is essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
