Adult Safeguarding Case Manager

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in supporting adults and children in need. As a key member of our team, you will conduct safeguarding checks, offer case management support, and assess sponsor suitability.
Key Tasks:- Conduct safeguarding checks to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Screen sponsors to evaluate their suitability and accommodation arrangements.
- Assess sponsors' eligibility and provide guidance on DBS applications.
- Support sponsors with DBS applications and offer ongoing assistance as needed.
- Provide case management support to guests who have moved in with sponsors, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- HCPC Registration: Essential for this role, ensuring you meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
- Post Qualifying Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience within the UK Social Care industry, preferably within an Adults Locality Team or Safeguarding Team.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB: We can obtain this for you, but it's essential for the role. You'll need to demonstrate a clear background check.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: As a critical requirement, you must be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
