About the Role

We are recruiting for a skilled Social Worker to join our Adults North Locality Team in LONDON. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to provide high-quality support services.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting safeguarding inquiries, offering expert advice, and performing home visits to assess individuals' needs.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Carry out safeguarding investigations and gather relevant information
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to address safeguarding concerns
  3. Liaise with various stakeholders, including local authorities and health organizations
  4. Manage cases efficiently and ensure timely interventions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold current HCPC registration
  • Show proof of 3 years of experience in the UK Social Care sector
  • Have an enhanced DBS/CRB certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Meet the necessary qualifications for working in the UK

Salary Information:

The annual salary for this position is approximately £48,750.
