We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Coordinator in Camden, North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in Educational Psychology or Speech and Language Therapy.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally from a Russell Group university, and a passion for working with students with special educational needs. They will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored support plans for students with complex needs, in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.

This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and collaboration with experienced outside agencies, including Educational Psychologists and Speech and Language Therapists. The salary is £45,000 per annum, and we offer access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources to enhance your professional experience.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with complex needs. You will provide personalized support to students, adapting to individual needs to help each student reach their full potential. You will also work closely with teachers to adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for students with complex needs, in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
  • Provide personalized support to students with various special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, and Physical Disabilities.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.
