Senior Director, Monitoring and Evaluation

Chemonics UK is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practice. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical oversight to our MEL portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEL services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to our MEL team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEL services to our clients.
- Market Positioning and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow our MEL portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Practice and Programme Management: Oversee the management of our MEL practice, including budgeting, financial management, and team leadership.
- Capacity Building and Learning: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our MEL team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality MEL services.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Chemonics UK at industry conferences and events, contributing to the development of best practices and standards in MEL.
- Proven experience in MEL, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality MEL services to clients.
- Excellent technical skills, with expertise in MEL methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
