Senior Director, Monitoring and Evaluation

Chemonics UK is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practice. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise to drive the growth and success of our MEL portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide in-depth MEL technical expertise to implementation and MEL programmes, ensuring quality of project methodological approaches, reports, and deliverables.
- Market Positioning and Business Development: Take a leadership role in growing Chemonics UK's MEL portfolio through strategy setting, outreach, and network development, proposal development, and positioning with clients and within the industry.
- Practice and Programme Management: Oversee programme implementation for the MEL Practice portfolio, providing technical support and oversight to achieve results.
- Capacity Building and Learning: Oversee annual MEL training, ensuring consistency and quality in approaches, and lead select MEL trainings.
- Thought Leadership: Develop effective working relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and stakeholders, and assume a leadership role in MEL network development and professional societies.
