As an Academic Mentor for Special Educational Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs in a secondary school setting. You will be responsible for adapting teaching methods to cater to individual student needs and collaborating with teachers to monitor progress.

Key Qualifications:
  • A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University.
  • Previous experience working with SEN students is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, along with patience and resilience.
