Infrastructure Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Prosource. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing operational and project support in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the infrastructure team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of infrastructure professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to the infrastructure team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and projects.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that all infrastructure services are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
- Capacity Management: Plan and manage the capacity of our infrastructure services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.
- Asset Management: Manage and maintain our infrastructure assets, ensuring they are properly configured, patched, and secured.
- Change Management: Manage and implement changes to our infrastructure services, ensuring they are properly planned, tested, and deployed.
- Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and support providers, ensuring that our infrastructure services are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure teams, with a strong background in technical infrastructure support.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals up to senior leadership level. Strong technical skills, with experience in installing, configuring, and supporting infrastructure technologies and products.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures, with experience in managing incidents, problems, and changes.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft, VMware, etc.
