About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the infrastructure team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of infrastructure professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support to the infrastructure team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that all infrastructure services are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Capacity Management: Manage the capacity of our infrastructure services, ensuring that they are able to meet the growing demands of our business.

  • Vendor Management: Manage our relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality services and meeting our requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of leading and managing infrastructure teams, with a strong background in technical leadership and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, and network support.
  • Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
