Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Lead to join our dynamic team at Prosource. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading or supervising a technical team and will bring a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical and Service Quality Assurance
  • Leading the Team
  • On-Call Rota Management
  • Serving as the Last Internal Point of Escalation for Technical or Functional Queries
  • Managing Incidents, Requests, Problems, and Changes in Accordance with ITIL Processes
  • Carrying Out Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management in Accordance with ITIL Processes
  • Planning and Implementing Changes in Accordance with Change Management Processes
  • Engaging and Coordinating with Third-Party Vendors and Support Providers as Required
  • Managing the Full Lifecycle of All Software and Services within the Service Scope
Requirements
  • Enterprise Infrastructure Support Experience Ideally within Medium to Large Enterprise Setting
  • Previous Experience of Supervising or Leading Teams
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Liaise with Individuals up to Senior Leadership Level
  • Experience of Installing, Configuring, and Supporting Infrastructure Technologies and Products in Both Virtual and Physical Environments
  • Working Experience of the Following:
    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • VMware vSphere
    • Microsoft Azure Management and Support
    • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
    • Network Support (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
    • Microsoft 365
  • Experience of Dealing with Third-Party Vendors and Support Providers
  • Knowledge of Information Security Best Practices
  • Skills in Root Cause Investigation and the Ability to Resolve Business Critical Issues
  • An Awareness of Emerging Technologies and Demonstrable Desire to Stay Current
  • Ability to be Self-Supporting and Proactive
  • Experience and Understanding of Working within an ITIL Environment
  • Relevant Technical Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, etc.
  • Willingness to Participate in an On-Call Rota
