The Role

A new and exciting role has arisen for a HSE Lead here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the HSE Manager. The role will involve leading a team of HSE Advisors, providing professional daily advice, support, and guidance in all aspects of the role and their development.

You will also be expected to provide informed, proactive, and professional HSE functional support to the business as a partner in our activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide senior support to client audits and lead this for HSE activity where required
  • Take an active role in internal HSE Committees
  • Provide monthly and quarterly HSE reports
  • Carry out and interpret trend analysis, suggesting solutions to challenges
  • Support the business units in the achievement of HSE objectives
  • Support the monitoring and delivery of the HSE Scorecards
  • Provide support, guidance, and coaching to employees, managers, and less experienced members of the HSE function to support development and improve performance

Requirements

To be successful for this position, you will be educated to an HNC level or equivalent and be a Technical member of a HSE institute. You will hold your NEBOSH and/or IOSH and be Root Cause Analysis trained. You will also be Lead Auditor qualified to an IRCA registered training provider.
