Infrastructure Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Prosource. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing operational and project support in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the infrastructure team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of infrastructure professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to the infrastructure team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and projects.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that all infrastructure services are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Capacity Management: Manage the capacity of our infrastructure services, ensuring that they are able to meet the growing demands of our business.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, ensuring that our team has access to the information and expertise they need to deliver high-quality services.
- Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of our infrastructure assets, ensuring that they are properly maintained, upgraded, and disposed of as required.
- Change Management: Manage and implement changes to our infrastructure services, ensuring that they are delivered in a controlled and managed way.
- Vendor Management: Manage our relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality services and meeting our requirements.
- Experience: Proven experience of leading and managing infrastructure teams, with a strong background in technical leadership and project management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, and network support.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
