Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new and existing business relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base in the Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence
  • Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless client experiences and drive growth
  • Assist in the mentorship and day-to-day management of our current team
