About the Role:
PSPS is seeking a highly skilled Business Change and Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying and developing strategic business relationships and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of business cases, assess financial viability, evaluate people-related impacts, and implement various programmes of work alongside our Senior Leadership Team.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer, and other senior leaders to explore business transformation opportunities and drive organisational impact.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, partner organisations, external businesses, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the future of our business and deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or a Level 7 professional qualification in areas such as Business Leadership, Change Management/Project Management is preferred or significant evidenced experience in delivery of similar role.
- Previous experience in a business development/project management or delivery/change related field.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases/project proposals.
- Driving License essential - due to travel required across multisite.
