Our Eastern Regional Office, based in Spalding, has been a key hub for our operations since 2018. We service a wide range of markets, including Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing, and field/food production. Our GLAA licence and FTA Driver Agency Accreditation ensure we meet the highest standards in our industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to develop new and existing business in our Spalding Office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Recruitment Industry, preferably in Industrial/food or logistics markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for making telephone calls and meeting new and existing clients, setting charge rates, and ensuring a seamless client experience with The Staffing Network Limited.

A secondary part of the role will be assisting in the mentorship of our current team and day-to-day management of their tasks. We offer a competitive salary and commission scheme, an average working week of 35 hours, early finish on Fridays, and 35 days holiday plus your birthday. Our staff rewards app provides discounts on the High Street and online of up to 75%. Genuine earnings of £50k+ based on a £35,000 basic salary. A fuel card, laptop, and phone are also provided. A casual dress code ensures a relaxed and productive work environment.
