Nxtgen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our client, a specialist manufacturing business based in the UK. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the business towards its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month End Close: Lead the delivery of the month end close for the UK and subsidiary businesses, providing stakeholders with insightful financial performance analysis.
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement annual budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities for increased performance and presenting findings to the management team.
- Financial Objectives: Collaborate with the Finance Director to design and deliver the company's financial objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Work closely with commercial and operational teams to develop accurate cash flow forecasts for Capex projects, ensuring effective cost control.
- Technical Submissions: Assist with all technical submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with prior experience in an SME business.
- Strong IT and Excel skills, with the ability to influence high-level decisions and company strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, and an excellent career opportunity within a growing company.
