About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Benefact Group plc. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and resilient desktop support service for our end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a 100% fixed-on-target resolution time, ensuring prompt support for all users.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of desktop infrastructure, including Windows devices, Microsoft 365 tools, and OneDrive.
  • Assist with the deployment of software and management of assets, ensuring office/home-office equipment is functional and user-friendly.
  • Provide remote support for the entire organisation, extending expertise to a wide range of queries on various subjects.
Requirements
  • Proven relevant technical IT experience, with demonstrated expertise in an IT Desktop support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for efficient device management.
  • Familiarity with automated deployment techniques and software deployment.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise x64.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and their integration, including OneDrive.
  • Competence in remote troubleshooting and assistance, with experience in supporting multi-site AV setups.
