We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Theatre Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our theatre environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience for patients, staff, and external partners. This includes call handling, face-to-face contact, and administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and distribution.
You will also be responsible for monitoring data quality, preparing daily operating lists, and utilizing computerized patient management systems to collect and retrieve patient data. Additionally, you will support the Theatre Business Support Manager with projects and provide cross-cover for absent colleagues.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external partners

- 5 GCSE passes or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Customer service experience

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum
