We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at The Body Shop.
Job Description:
- Overview:

- Salary:
An estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.
- Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving retail excellence and achieving strong sales results. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and sales growth.
- Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and promoting a positive store environment.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and respect among all employees.
- Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as required.
