About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Specialist Worker to join our team in Westminster, London. The successful candidate will work on a full-time, permanent basis, receiving a competitive salary of £30,342 per annum.

Job Description

The Female Specialist Worker will be responsible for supporting women with multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, substance misuse, and complex needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and advice to Project Workers on relevant housing and support tools and resources
  • Working closely with Service/Team Managers to promote a strengths-based approach and an understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

The ideal candidate will have experience working with homeless service users and a good understanding of residential schemes. A non-judgmental approach and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion are essential.
