Key Responsibilities

  2. Provide expert guidance on employee relations and support the resolution of complex ER cases
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, complex organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and understanding of global HR operations
