About the Role

KMK HR Solutions is seeking a Global Learning Partner Specialist to join their international People team. This role will be based in Central London but work across all 8 countries and report into the L&D Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting teams in both the UK and Europe, particularly France or Germany, and have a passion for digital and e-learning initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering a blend of training both virtual and face-to-face
  • Supporting the creation of the Learning and Development calendar and agenda
  • Managing talent needs to support internal career paths, global mobility and development

This is a fantastic opportunity for a specialist L&D professional ready for that step up. We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £56,000 per annum and excellent benefits.
