About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Learning Experience Specialist to join our People (HR) Team at Yondr Group. This pivotal role will play an instrumental part in the learning and development program, executing the L&D strategy, curriculum design, and LMS content creation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs analysis using models such as ADDIE.

Content and Curriculum Design:

  1. Design and develop engaging and effective learning content, including instructional materials, modules, and programs for various learning formats, leveraging adult learning principles.
  2. Implement sound instructional design principles to create content that enhances learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Program Design and Delivery:

  1. Design, deliver, and manage a variety of learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, compliance training, and behavioural programs.
  2. Utilize a mix of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  3. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements based on feedback and results.

Talent Development:

  1. Partner with department heads and OD Director to develop and design learning and development programs for different levels of employees.
  2. Facilitate career development discussions and manage coaching and mentoring programs.

LMS Administration:

  1. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content uploads, and system troubleshooting.

Budget Management:

  1. Track and report on the ROI of learning and development initiatives.

With estimated annual salary range: $95,000 - $115,000, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Yondr Group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Adult Learning, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
