We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Autism Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who have mental health needs, providing support and care in a Specialist Mental Health Service environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a caring environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They should also be able to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in challenging situations.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a £500 Recommend A Friend Bonus, Blue Light Card, and up to 28 Days Holiday.
