Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker Mental Health Specialist, working closely with individuals to deliver person-centred care and support.

As a key member of our team, you will work in a collaborative environment to achieve outstanding results, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent results.
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and abilities, promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with service users.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
