Youth Mental Health Support Worker

Aspire People is seeking a Youth Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in schools across Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Acocks Green, and Solihull. The role involves providing support to students with emotional, social, and mental health needs, ensuring they can fully engage in learning and school life.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting young people, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. Estimated salary: £28,000-£40,000 per annum.
