Restaurant Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse, a leading hospitality company in the UK. As a Restaurant Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit and train new team members to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Lead team trips and implement our 'Southern Hospitality' mindset
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous training or coaching experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work to strict timeframes and lead by example
  • Overnight stays may be required
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
