We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Restaurant Trainer to join our award-winning training team at Hickory's Smokehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop a team of in-store trainers to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
- Motivate and educate our front-of-house team to provide a world-class dining experience.
- Lead team trips to promote our 'Southern Hospitality' mindset and bring authentic southern-style hospitality to the UK.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our restaurants.
- Previous training or coaching experience in a similar role or supervisor role within a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop team members to Hickory's standards and culture.
- Passionate about delivering an amazing guest experience and pushing team members to reach their full potential.
