Restaurant Trainer Role

We're seeking an experienced trainer to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse, where you'll play a key role in developing our restaurant teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Trainer, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading our restaurant teams to deliver our 'Southern Hospitality' mindset. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement training programs, and ensure that our teams are equipped to provide top-class service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for restaurant teams
  • Recruit and select high-performing team members
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Evaluate and improve our training processes
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous training or coaching experience in a similar role
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work to strict timeframes
  • Overnight stays may be required
