We're seeking an experienced trainer to join our award-winning training team as an Area Restaurant Trainer. If you're passionate about developing others, leading, and inspiring, this role is perfect for you.
As an Area Restaurant Trainer, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing a team of in-store trainers, motivating and educating our front-of-house team, and embracing our 'Southern Hospitality' mindset through leading team trips.
Key requirements:
- Previous training or coaching experience in a similar role or supervisor role within a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop your team to Hickory's standard and culture.
- Passionate about delivering an amazing guest experience and pushing team members to reach their full potential.
- Welcoming, empathetic, and infectious personality.
- Drive to find grey areas, think outside the box, and never give up on any team member.
- Ability to evaluate processes and come up with new ideas.
- Open and honest communication skills, experience of or the ability to give feedback.
- Can set and maintain the highest standards.
