Job Summary

The Head of Orthodontics UK is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth of the Orthodontic Business across the UK hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, driving sales, marketing, and clinical education teams to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual business plan, including P&L budgeting and forecasting, to achieve Net Sales and Contribution Margin targets.
  • Implement the GTM process, including clear roles, responsibilities, and goals, using the Selling Machine Model framework.
  • Develop and drive an integrated sales, marketing, and education plan to deliver superior customer experience through the customer journey.
  • Implement local marketing and clinical education tactics to enable the GTM and launch new products or services.
  • Control pricing and implement an annual pricing review based on value pricing.
  • Attend major professional meetings to interface with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and remain up-to-date on scientific and product trends.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop and roll out local courses, events, and services, and nurture local KOLs and key partners relationships.
  • Implement a BU structure enabled by a data-driven and co-creation mindset, balancing transformation and performance efforts.
  • Contribute to the budget process, developing a P&L budget, and manage the budget by country with clear ownership and responsibilities at the territory level.
  • Define, identify, and analyze major market trends, political changes, and shifts within areas relating to market, education, and consumer habits.
  • Develop routine KPI reports and analysis to support sales and marketing actions.
Requirements
  • Experience in the aligner business is a must.
  • Significant experience in achieving sales/profit targets as a Sales Manager.
  • Highly analytical, especially in financial analysis and synthetic priority management, with a strong understanding of the P&L function.
  • Good written and spoken English to interact with the global teams.
