Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting clients with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements
