About the Role:

We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to enhance our Supported Living Service within the Adult Social Care sector at Lancashire County Council.

We offer various permanent contracts, with hours ranging from 25 to 30 hours per week.

Compensation: The starting salary is £23,152, adjusted based on contracted hours. Annual salary increments will occur over the next three years.

Additional Enhancements: A 33% increment for weekend hours, a 50% increment for bank holidays, and a £40.76 sleep-in allowance.

Hourly Rates: £12.00 for weekdays, £15.72 for weekends, and £17.68 for bank holidays.

We seek cheerful and positive individuals who are eager to make a significant impact on the lives of those we support. Our Supported Living Service requires multiple Support Workers to assist individuals within our Adult Disability Service.

As a Support Worker, you will be welcomed into clients' homes, enhancing their daily routines with your positive demeanor and friendly approach. A background in Health and Social Care is not mandatory; a caring heart and a genuine nature are what we value most. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in your role, with opportunities for career advancement through qualifications.

Work Schedule: We offer various hours, including sleep-ins and weekend shifts, with positions available from 20 to 30 hours per week.
