About the Role: We are actively seeking compassionate and dependable Support Workers to contribute to our Supported Living Service within the Adult Social Care sector at Lancashire County Council.

We offer various permanent contracts ranging from 25 to 30 hours per week.

Compensation: The starting salary is £23,152, pro rata based on contracted hours. Your salary will increase annually for the next three years.

Additional Benefits: You will receive a 33% increment for weekend hours, a 50% increment for bank holidays, and a £40.76 sleep-in allowance.

Hourly Rates: £12.00 for weekdays, £15.72 for weekends, and £17.68 for bank holidays.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we support. Our Supported Living Service requires multiple Support Workers dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals within our Adult Disability Service.

You will be welcomed into clients' homes, transforming their daily routines into enjoyable experiences through your upbeat demeanor and friendly approach. A background in Health and Social Care is not essential; a caring heart and a genuine desire to help are what we value most. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role, with opportunities for career advancement.

Working Hours: We offer various hours, including sleep-ins and weekend shifts, with contracts available from 25 to 30 hours per week. If you prefer, we also have a 20-hour evening and weekend position available.
