About the Role
As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in helping people move forward with their lives by conducting assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
You will work with a diverse range of customers, handling challenging situations and developing your clinical knowledge and assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
- Listen to customers' experiences, ask questions, and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
- Work on a variety of cases across a range of conditions, using your clinical skills to deliver a quality and respectful service.
