About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing services technology and integrating customer data.

The role involves developing in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support installed base activities, including customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, and monitoring & diagnostics.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and use prior experience to execute policy/strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers and ability to accomplish own work.
