Job Details: Retail Relationship Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Relationship Manager to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners across the Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Peterborough areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Provide Installation and Training:**
    • Deliver high-quality installation and training to new retailers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
  • **Sell PayPoint Products:**
    • Proactively sell our products into existing businesses within defined territories, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • **Journey Planning:**
    • Effectively plan and prioritize calls using our CRM system, focusing on high-value opportunities and meeting sales targets.
  • **Business Development:**
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow our business with existing retailers, increasing sales and revenue.
  • **Team Collaboration:**
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • **Product Knowledge:**
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including EPOS systems, to provide expert advice to retailers.
  • **Quality and Compliance:**
    • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to PayPoint Group policies and procedures.
  • **Professional Conduct:**
    • Represent PayPoint Group in a professional and respectful manner, reflecting our values and standards.

**Requirements:**

  • **Sales Experience:**
    • A proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment.
  • **Communication Skills:**
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers.
  • **Product Knowledge:**
    • In-depth knowledge of our products and services, including EPOS systems.
  • **Business Acumen:**
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • **Driving License:**
    • A full, valid driving license.
