Retail Store Manager Cambridge - £30k pa Full Time Permanent Role
Centric Talent is currently recruiting for an Experienced and Talented Retail Store Manager for an exciting and ethical fashion brand, who are dedicated to offering fashion that enables everyone to express themselves and feel confident in their everyday.
Trading since the 80s, our client opened their first store in the UK, and since then, they have been a leading player in the fashion industry.
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
* Maintain high standards of store appearance and organization
* Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays
* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with the buying team to select products that meet customer needs
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
* Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Participate in performance reviews and development planning
* Other duties as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in a similar industry
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends
* Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
* Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
* Ability to participate in performance reviews and development planning
