Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at a retail company based in London. This firm specializes in providing consumers with a wide range of Korean cuisine, toys, stationery, housewares, and gadgets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail professionals, including recruitment, team development, training, and fostering team engagement.
- Manage inventory and order placement using the internal system, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Optimize operational efficiency and profitability, adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
- Handle store administrative duties, ensuring policy compliance, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate logistics and manage deliveries, reporting on consumer trends and behaviors within the retail industry to management.
- Develop operational strategies to expand the customer base and increase store traffic.
- Propose innovative ideas to grow market share, address customer complaints and employee grievances, and maintain high standards of store condition and visual merchandising.
