About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Psychological Therapies Specialist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a qualified psychologist, including post-qualification experience in a community setting with individuals who present with complex difficulties. They will have advanced specialist knowledge of psychology applied to clinical practice, particularly in respect of adults with severe and enduring mental health needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in developing their skills in leadership and management. You will be part of a supportive and welcoming psychology leadership team and will provide clinical and operational leadership to multi-disciplinary staff in the pathway.
The salary for this role is £83,936 per annum. The position requires a good honours degree in Psychology and postgraduate doctorate in clinical psychology. Experience of delivering specialist evidence-based therapy and providing supervision is also essential.
Main Responsibilities

- Lead our well-established psychology team in Hammersmith and Fulham
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to multi-disciplinary staff
