Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team as a Consultant Systemic Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of high-quality specialist Systemic psychotherapy services within our Adult and Older People Mental Health Teams.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based frameworks for systemic family therapy.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues and operational managers to ensure effective delivery of psychological assessment, intervention, and therapy.
  • Provide clinical and professional supervision of qualified and trainee family therapists.
  • Identify training needs and plan, organise, and deliver teaching and training for pre- and post-qualification psychological practitioners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Entry-level qualification in applied psychological therapy/mental health/social welfare profession or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable practice in this field accepted for professional registration.

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
