**Job Description:** Elderly Support Assistant

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

As an Elderly Support Assistant at our care home, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
