About the Role

BAE Systems is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Barrow-In-Furness. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of improvement activities from concept to deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • Leading workshops to identify and progress improvement activities
  • Acting as a business partner and mentor to the Submarine programmes to embed and foster a culture of CI into the enterprise
  • Analysing processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Acting as a SC SME and point of contact on group led improvement activities

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have strong analytical skills and experience with Change Management. You should also be a good proactive, team player who can work independently and has strong communication skills at different stakeholder levels. A Lean Six Sigma qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable.
