Spectrum Community Health CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to providing high-quality NHS commissioned healthcare. We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Services Lead.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of GP clinical services on-site, working closely with the Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary primary healthcare team, you will provide clinical leadership and support to members of the prison's healthcare team.

Main Duties
  • Provide on-site clinical care provision as a critical member of the primary healthcare team
  • Develop and deliver GP clinical services on-site, working closely with the Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP
  • Oversee the development and delivery of GP clinical services, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK recognised medical qualification and Certificate of Vocational Training
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in relevant clinical and service improvement areas
  • Higher specialist qualifications or extensive relevant experience
  • Current accreditation at GPwSI level in specialist area
  • RCGP Certificate Part 1 and 2 - Substance Misuse
  • Women's health and wellbeing
  • Harm minimisation and management of blood-borne viruses
  • Sexual health

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to NHS Pension, annual leave on your birthday, refer a friend scheme, training and development opportunities, flexible working, and up to 33 days annual leave.
