Pharmaceutical Specialist Leader

The Sterling Group is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our pharmacy operations in Millom. As a seasoned professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy inventory, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. You will also be responsible for conducting medication reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance patient care.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of £64,500, based on a 40-hour workweek at £30.00 per hour, plus benefits such as a welcome bonus, generous relocation package, GPhC fees paid, performance-related bonus, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
To be successful in this role, you must be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), possess up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends, and demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to problem-solving.
